You will also get to see some fun coins at the Canadian Mint that can be collected. At the end of this video there is a review of the names of the Canadian Provinces. Do you remember all their names and where each one is located? Can you remember the names in French?

Sometimes games are really fun.Who knew how fun it could be to tell the time!!! Run around in a world that reminds me a little of Mario Bros. Jump , Run, and best off all, tell the time.

Decimalus Rex

Read the fraction at the top of the page in words. Then your little dinosaur will have to run, and hop around until you find the matching decimal number. When you see it, breathe fire on it to see if you are correct. Be careful, you don't want to fall off the world.

Coins for Candy

Can you pick the correct coins to pay the amount on the screen? If you do, you win the candy in the game. Don't forget, this game uses American coins. The colour and size are the same as Canadian coins, just the pictures on them are different.

Clara Fraction's Ice Cream Shop

Can you scoop the right amount of each flavour of ice cream? Look at the improper fraction amounts. If the numerator (top number) is bigger than the denominator (bottom number), you have more than one scoop. Have fun working in Clara's shop.

Sushi Fractions

Can you draw the amount of each topping that goes into each sushi roll? How many correct orders can you fill in the sushi shop?

Sal's Sub Shop

Can you measure the exact length of each sub sandwich? You will need to look at the ruler and count the centimeters first. Then look at how many millimeters are left. Remember 1cm=10mm.
If there are less than a full centimeter, you will turn your answer into a fraction.
1mm= 1/10cm
2mm=2/10cm = 1/5 cm
3mm= 3/10mm

1. If you have a printer click HERE to print a set of multiplication flash cards. You will need to cut them out, and then work at putting the answers on the back in pencil.

Practice often.

If you don't have a printer, you can make your own flashcards. You can cut up scrap paper, an old cereal box, or even an old envelope that mail came in. It doesn't matter what colour or size your flashcards are. The goal is to practice, practice practice.

2. Grade 3's are continuing to practice division in their Jump Math book. You can do these pages in French or English below.
